How I overcame every excuse for not exercising

I’m in the best shape of my life. (I’m not bragging, I’m just saying.) The happiest moment going into 2018 was realizing that I no longer have to set a goal to get into shape because I’ve already made a habit of training consistently. Running goals for 2018

Highlights of 2017

2017 was incredible. It was tough as hell, but no year is absent of challenges. I love the process of reflecting on the highlights and what I’ve accomplished. 5 bad habits I’ve eliminated from my life

Humans are creatures of habit and I'm no exception to this rule. Breaking bad habits that stand in the way of my goals has been a challenging endeavor, to say the least. Recognizing what they were was the first step and once I overcame that hurdle, it was a matter of making repeated efforts to replace them with good ones.
