How I overcame every excuse for not exercising

I’m in the best shape of my life. (I’m not bragging, I’m just saying.) The happiest moment going into 2018 was realizing that I no longer have to set a goal to get into shape because I’ve already made a habit of training consistently. Running goals for 2018

Highlights of 2017

5 bad habits I’ve eliminated from my life

Humans are creatures of habit and I'm no exception to this rule. Breaking bad habits that stand in the way of my goals has been a challenging endeavor, to say the least.
